Jewish Heritage Tour of Jerusalem

Pick up from hotels and start our day with an overview from mount Scopus of Jerusalem and the Judea desert. We then continue to the Old city. to Mount Zion for a visit of King David’s tomb. At this point we will enter the old city through the Zion gate and walk along the Cardo, the ancient Roman road. under the current street level we will be able to see the remains of the 2700 years old wall of Jerusalem. 

Visit the Davidson center and tour the southern kotel excavation. 

At the Wailing Wall, the Kotel we will have an opportunity to see the Bar-Mitzvah ceremonies and even join the dancing. 

Continue to Ammunition hill, the place that until 1967, six days war was a Jordanian stronghold, that was captured by Israel after a very complicated battle.

We end our tour with a visit at mount Hertzel, the military cemetery and Yad Vashem, the memorial to the Holocaust.
